Our Policy

  • We please ask to cancel or reschedule 48hrs prior to your appointment, failing to do so will result in a cancellation fee of $75. Please text the number that sends you appointment reminders to cancel or reschedule . (855)-539-9164.

  • A grace period of 15 minutes is offered for full appointment services not to express cuts. Arriving later than this may result in the need to reschedule or an extra charge. Please plan accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.

  • No-shows will be charged the full service amount and will be restricted from booking future appointments.

  • Please book your appointments online as we do not accept bookings over the phone. This ensures a smooth and efficient scheduling process for all clients. The schedule is open about a month to two months in advance. There are no bookings accepted within 24 hours of the appointment time. Thank you for your understanding.
